Higher Diploma in Community Health programme aims to equip health and health related
professionals with competencies in order to become effective change agents for
community health strengthening in Africa and beyond.

This is a one-year higher diploma programme for nurses. It is designed to produce Oncology Nurses who are competent in providing holistic, evidence based care to patients with life threatening conditions including cancer as well as in managing palliative and oncology care services. Further, the program prepares the graduates to be able to participate in research and education in areas of palliative and oncology care.
